I find myself craving an outlet for, well, nerd things. And thats what this small web-space is going to be for. I've been putting off sharing thoughts and ideas about various RPG and boardgaming things, sci-fi stuff, etc. So, here it is. Watch this space...

Maganshire Resource Book

I've been putting all the assorted files supporting my campaign together in a single resource book because that seems easier than doing file by file. This is for my BECMI/RC D&D campaign, set on Mystara. Feel free to use the contents for whatever you wish, but if I've included an acknowledgement at the end of any section then please credit it (and me) too. It's under constant editing because there's always more to add. You can find a link to the most up to date version as a PDF here. I've also just started faffing about putting my own DM's notes into a document for my own convenience. Haven't added much art yet and it's nothing even close to being done, but I'm shocked that it's already up to almost 100 pages of new monsters, magic items, extra rules and random tables to play with.  You can get that one here.

Extended RC D&D Skills List

Again, presented to be torn apart and used or used as you desire, here's the extended list of skills added to my campaign over the years. These are to be used in addition to the ones in the Rules Cyclopedia, of course. Some are I think taken from the Gazetteer series, some are modified from other supplements, and others are novel. Enjoy. Aerial Tactics (Int): The tactics of deploying and fighting using aerial vessels, flying mounts, etc. Agility Training (Dex): Allows a spellcaster to cast a spell while moving. A normal, unmodified check is made to cast a spell while walking at normal speed, to move faster than encounter speed a caster will have to make a check modified by speed. To move full running speed requires a check be made at -4, at half running speed -2, between combat and half running speed there is no modifier at all.
